i dont think it is an intelligence issue. it is possible and easy to implement the requested feature. i think the issue here is
firstly - oversight - zimbra devs did not bother to see what was required
secondly - poor priorities - once found, they have shoved this issue under the carpet expecting it to go away and
thirdly - extremely poor customer service - after being brought to light on multiple occasions they have decided to simply ignore the worlds most popular email provider
i have personally stopped recommending zimbra to anyone because i dont feel good vibes coming from the product. its like they dont care about me, and i would rather not support something that doesn't give a damn.
