I wonder does anyone know what the deal is with support here? This thread is a good example of what feels like rather tepid support from zimbra staff. zimbra desktop is so good - I don't really get how it's so good, but feels like it's just creeping along. Maybe zd devs are actively working on bug fixes and revisions, and forum support is just not a priority? I hope this app does not fade out on us. |
im pretty sure this app will fade out on us. building a car that wont run on a sizable percentage of roads, and then blaming the roads is a very bad approach. posting in the forums has not yielded anything, and neither has opening those bugzilla issues. this is a massive oversight on the part of zimbra. eventually yahoo will have to offer mail client support if it really wants to stay competitive and then i see thunderbird as the perfect client since it supports everything else too.
