In Outlook, I can find user by searching the address book, but when I try to use "Open user mailbox", Outlook came with a message (in french, sorry) :

What is strange is I can provision user in the BBM, and in Outlook, and among the 10 provisionned accounts, 2 appeared in the Outlook BlackBerryServer profile, and 1 activated yesterday afternoon ... I see no difference with those 2 users and 8 others (same domain, same mean of creation, etc ...)
