It appears to be a problem with a specific mailbox. I'm trying to re-index it, but it's been an hour and it still doesn't show any progress. There is a lot of e-mail going to this mailbox since postfix BCC's everything to it, and it is kept for a month. There are currently over 33,000 e-mails in it.
