I have basically this same problem after an upgrade from 5.0.18GA to 6.0.1GA.
After installing the 6.0.1 msi, started Outlook. It failed with the following error:
Zimbra MAPI was unable to load the information service LSMSSP.DLL
Removing the msi, and data store, and then going into control panel and removing the profile, then finally reinstalling the msi brought Outlook back. However, all the zimbra menu choices were gone. (e.g. Open other user's mailbox, Zimbra Server Rules, Out of Office Assitant, Mailbox Quota.)
Just ran the regsvr32 commands listed in post two, and everything appears to be back now. Bit nervous about doing this for all of the workstations in the office though. |
