Reindexing fixed the HSM issue: I was able to restart HSM and the session finished correctly.
/opt/zimbra/store/0/696/msg/7/29499-83487.msg (primary volume) was moved to /var/virtual_disk/HSM/0/696/msg/7/29499-83487.msg (HSM volume) and the links number did not change (3).
But I don't know what "reindexing" exactly did to this mailbox (recreated a "correct" link to the message or "lost" the link). |
