It's advisable to disable SElinux, IMO, as it causes more trouble than it's worth and the firewall can be enabled once you've got Zimbra running correctly.
OK, so I'll go back to my earlier questions - what's in your /etc/hosts file and is DNS set-up correctly so that you have MX records pointing at your mail server?
