So it's just method two that causes the problem?
I'm not sure how clicking a menu option in Safari can cause an issue attributable to Zimbra Desktop. I'm not trying to shift blame, it's just that, as far as I'm aware there is no intergration between the two systems.
I've never used that functoion before, I just copy/paste the URL from the addressbar. I'll have a look at it tonight (no OSX in work) and see if anything springs to mind. |
