It's strange that there is no core dump in %TEMP%\zco-cores. You can still try a zco log. Set logging on, and then post the log files. Does this work on any machines for you? Perhaps your MAPI/Outlook installation is damaged. I assumed you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook connector?
