Yes, that's the whole problem, he cannot activate his device!!
Trust me, I have researched this error message to death! I have read all the English websites and now getting into the Spanish ones!
I had the client double check he's signed up on the BES plan (twice), turn off forwarding, signatures, try wired activation (option is disabled), deleted/added him on 2 different servers, countless re-activations and device wipings so far no luck. He's spoken to his ISP and they're saying it's not an issue on their end. I guess the only other option is try another device or SIM.
If anyone can think of anything else we could try, that would be greatly appreciated.
