We may need to check a couple of possible remedies here:

- Based on description it is possible that Outlook installation is corrputed. Please try the list of steps from the following article in attempt to repair Outlook:

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request" error message when you send e-mail from third-party program in Outlook

- It is possible that instalation sequence described in setup document was not followed. Please try to:

+uninstal connector
+uninstall Outlook 2007
+uninstall MAPI/CDO

and then
+install MAPI/CDO
+install Outlook 2007
+install connector

In addition, i was wondering if you had Outlook 2003 ever installed on BES machine? If so, as per setup document we recommend to build clean zcb environemnt instead of upgrading from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007.
