30min - 1.5 hrs seems way too long. There is *alot* of data to get the first time ~800k but this is cached. I've seen it take ~10min the first time, but after that is just ~25sec. So the key is to make sure they use the http (not https) url and that they have caching enabled. It's also strongly recommended that they use Firefox as it's much quicker that IE.
We are working on a more stripped down web UI that will work better on slower connections and low bandwidth situations.
