Ours was solved by obtaining the official root CA from Thawte instead of pointing to one in the curl-bundle. Doing that caused a problem when writing the certificate for the MTA. Once we started over with our cert from Thawte, their official root cert (which they will paste to you right in a support chat) and our key, we were good to go after redeploying the cert. |
