Installed but it does not seem to work.

1. Installed, tested, did not work.
2. Uninstalled 1.1.1, tested, did not work.
3. Uninstalled 1.1.3, rebooted.
4. Installed 1.1.3, rebooted, still does not work.

Any ideas?
