Yes, it's the only account I use in Zimbra:
Now the "me" card in address book has 3 emails and one of them has a check mark, which is the "home" address, and the email I use in Zimbra is the "work" address:
I've read the email should be in the "me" card for invitations to work correctly, however I haven't read anything about that check mark and I don't know what it means.
