Ermm... I'm no longer using Gmail with Zimbra. We started using the calendar scheduling functionality more extensively, so it made sense to switch to the Zimbra web client. I still prefer Gmail's UI, but Zimbra is usable.
I can't recall the exact setting unfortunately. Basically, though, you go to the Settings page in Gmail, add a new account, enter your Zimbra email address, and click Next. It asks for several pieces of data, one of which is the access port.
As best I can remember, the default port (110) did not work, but I found a tip online to switch to another (possibly 993) that did. Give 'em a try and you should find one that succeeds. |
