Default Reversing Domain Forwarding

I have had domain forwarding set up for a very long time (4.0). The 'old' server has been decommisioned and I need to just have any messages coming in for my domain just bounce. I used the example from the wiki:

zmprov
md example.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @example.com
md example.com zimbraMailCatchAllForwardingAddress @example.com
md example.com zimbraMailTransport smtp:other-mta.domain.com

to set forwarding. My question is this: do I just issue the same command with a null, i.e md example.com zimbraCatchAllAddress or md example.com zimbraCatchAllAddress ""

or some variant of that? or is there a default value that needs to be reset?
