What operating system and browser are you using? How long have you let it sit before clicking the "Get Mail" button? I have had a few reports over time from my users of similar issues, but I haven't actually seen it myself.
Just as something to try, go in and change the setting to something other than 2 minutes. I'd suggest going higher rather than lower. If there is a bad setting in there for some reason maybe changing it will reset it. |
