What you appear to be doing there is an upgrade, isn't this a new install? I'd suggest you remove Zimbra completely with './install.sh -u' - that will remove the whole package including the /opt/directory.

When you've done that make sure that any firewall and SElinux on this server is disabled, if you're behind a NAT router you'll need a Split DNS set-up and a valid /etc/hosts file (you'll find the details in the Quick Start Installation Guide). Once you've made sure all those thing are correct then install Zimbra again and post any errors you see in the install log.
