You should not have perdition enabled (IMAP proxy) on a single server, it's not needed and causes problems. Try the test I asked you in you other thread, can you connect via telnet to the IMAP service:

Run those commands on the Zimbra server and see if you get any response. Post a screenshot of the arear in the Admin UI that you're modifying.
