I'm afraid that's nota problem we can help you with. The usual reason for an IP to be blacklisted is that mail has been sent from it (it takes a lot of spam to get blacklisted) or from one of the machines on the network. You need to review the reasons for the blacklist, check the machines on your LAN don't have a malware installed and get the blacklist removed.
