OK...
I've solved the installation through tty2...
1. CTRL + F2
2. log as user NOT root.
3. sh zimbra_file_downloaded.sh
4. Following instruction of installation.
5. Once installation has been finished, go back to Xorg: CTRL+F1
So... I have tried to start the application through Zimbra's icon on desktop but I get a error message about it is not a trusted application. But through 'properties' (right click on icon) I've changed this to trusted application.
The problem I've now is that it's impossible start the application (double click, etc.) It doesn't function.
I don't know if somebody has the same problem but it's so difficult. I'm working in my office with Zimbra Suite collaboration in a RedHat server and it's really really difficult to install and then to syncronize info between different email clients.
