Nobody replied to my previous post and also needed to install the script on a CentOS (Redhat) server, so I've made the following changes to the script:
- Split the script into multiple segments
- Added a install script for CentOS (incomplete)
- Added parameter for only performing rsync, because this works better with our backup process based on rsnapshot
