You can't install Zimbra on the same server as sendmail, you'd have to install it on another server and
migrate the mail. The alternative would be to install Zimbra on your sendmail server (after disabling sendmail) and use zmlmtpinject to get the mail into Zimbra, several methods are mentioned in the link I've given you (also search the forum for further details of migrating to zimbra).
