Could you see if there's multiple copies of this file installed: CDO.dll
As far as I'm aware, you shouldn't install Outlook on a BES server as it can cause problems.
It would help, when reporting errors, to include the versions of software installed such as Zimbra version & Release, BES Version and any connector versions. Please update your
forum profile (don't post it in this thread) with the output of:
zmcontrol -v
