To copy between shared folders and personal folders hold shift while you drag a message, you should see the green
+ icon and notice msg "item copied" (Unless your dragging from a read-only shared > personal in which case the default is to copy.)

Kinda curious why have sub-folders under the shared account inbox/sent folder at all, and not use their personal account folders?
There is no 'individual folder password' feature for internal ZCS users. Currently you have to share then revoke in order to deny access to sub-folders/break the inherit chain.
