this a known limitation. The addresses stored in the PST are not SMTP addresses (they are exchange addresses).
Where did the pst come from? If you have the data in an exchange mailbox, you should run the migration wizard which has access to an exchange address book and can convert exchange addresses to smtp addresses. |
