Just got that one.
To me it happens when they try to open appointment in shared Resource calendar space. Notification mail never gets send, and error message in Outlook is:
Task 'Zimbra - - Sending' reported error (0x800C8100) : 'Unknown Error 0x800C8100'
Message gets stuck in Outbox folder, and blocks other messages from sending.
Worked without a problem on older connector. Luckily, didn't upgrade them all.
