It helps to give as much information as possible when requesting help, details of the operating system, Zimbra release and version, whether your firewall and SElinux is disabled, whether you're on a LAN or Public IP, entries from the
log files, details of what you've tried to resolve the problem etc.
Your problem is likely caused by the fact you're on a LAN and don't have a
Split DNS set-up.
