 [SOLVED] Welcome letter
We are getting ready to transition to a zimbra based system, I'm wondering if there is anyway to deploy a welcome letter in new customers mailboxes (besides construction a mail and sending it to their box). Does zimbra have a standard way of doing this that I've missed? I'm not talking about a distribution list to mass mail our clients, I only want new customers to receive the welcome mail with a small tutorial about how great zimbra is, and how much they will like it, etc. etc. |
