Try deleting the account and recreating to delete the old database which could be causing the reindex errors
The tgz error could be caused by an older server rev. What versions are your two servers? There have been several fixes in the tar formatter to deal with inconsistent server state so I would recommend updating the server to the latest 5.0.16 release (5.0.15 should also be ok) |
