I made that working. Now the mails are sending. I have referred this Post "http://www.zimbra.com/forums/installation/24883-ssl-error-right-after-install-can-t-get-into-admin-ui.html" to fix my issue in mysql.
Thanks for your help. Using your walk through only, i have come to know about zimbra and its errors.
