 Filters To and Cc
The most common form of filter used is the To/Cc filter for an email list or distribution list or job tracking etc
Most mail filters have the "pseudo" field of "Any Recipient". I think this would be an excellent feature to add to Zimbra, rather than duplicating the To to include Cc for every rule.
