I have translated ZmMsg_zh_HK.properities ( see attachment) and convert it into UTF-8 mode , put it into the "msgs" folder , set the Language in IE browser to "zh-HK" , restart the IE , but , nothing happened ! 
It's difficult to support double-bytes characters ? |
