I dont think your server is upgraded to 5.0.15 because the error still says

version: "5.0.13_GA_2791.UBUNTU6"

Post the output of:

zmcontrol -v
zmcontrol status

attach the foll log files:
mailbox.log
zimbra.log
zmmailboxd.out
