Please try the following procedure for both 'BlackBerryManager' as well as 'BlackBerryServer' profiles:
- stop BB controller and close BB manager
- install MFCMAPI (or any other MAPI editor)
- In MFCMAPI go to menu 'Session'->'Logon and Display Store Table'
- Choose 'BlackBerryServer' profile
- New window with the list of mailboxes will pop up
- Double click on 'Zimbra-BES Admin' mailbox
- New window with mailbox folder hierarchy will pop up
- Click on 'Global Address List' folder
- List of properties pertinent to above folder will show up
- Modify the following property (see property description below) and assign it empty string value:
Tag: 0x801D001E
Type: PT_STRING8
Named Prop Name: id: 32769=0x8001
Named Prop Guid: {20022104-6842-430D-B19C-8739BFDB9188} = Unknown GUID
- repeat steps above for 'BlackBerryManager' profile
- start BB controller and BB manager
Agent and BB manager will resync GAL afterwards. In case if you have a big GAL, please give it some time for synchronization process to complete. Please note that this solution is temporary and we will be implementing easier and UI friendlier solution as we move towards GA.  |
