Answer to everyone,

Summary: The problem and 1 answer:

System: Vista Home Premium Edition SP1 (64b) on a new computer;
Installing Zimbra-Yahoo Desktop (more recent version: zdesktop_1_0_build_1513_win32.exe);

Problem:
After installation, zimbra opens a "Prism - Mozilla Labs" window with empty "Name" and "Url" fields;

What I did:
I installed it 3 times:
First originally (did not work) then uninstall,
Second with the "Windows XP Compatibility" (did not work) then uninstall,
Third originally again (did not work).
Every time I installed it in the "C:/Program files" directory.

Solution:

Install it in the zimbra installation suggested defaut directory "C:\Users\"usename"\AppData\Local\Zimbra\zdesk top" instead of the "C:/Program files" directory.

Installed in this default directory: IT WORKS !!!

BUT Remember: Only this user will be able to use zimbra desktop not the others if you have more than one !!!
