We utilize the sharing of tasks feature as a sort of "project management". A master Task list is created (the project) and the needed tasks within that project are assigned.

Limitations we would like to see addressed.

When the "project" is shared the other users of the project cannot place any "tags" on the project. This would be useful as we would like to have each user have a different tag so we can "assign" the task to a user.

When you are in task view you can only view one task list (project) at a time. It would be nice to have a checkbox for each task list so you can view multiple at a time. Just like the way shared calenders work. When you have multiple selected that will appear in a task list-list (if you will), with a drop down arrow to the left that allows you to minimize or maximize your task list (project) and see all the task contained therein.

Maybe this could be entirely new tab in the Zimbra UI. Perhaps called Projects? :-)

Anyone have any input. I would LOVE to see this functionality.
