I'm a hard head man, so I wanted to try again the installation on the Ubuntu Server on the ESXi VM.
I really repeated every single step in the same way I did on the working server but in this one, it doesn't work.
The only thought I still have is about the IP address of the VM Host, that is a different class (10.10.10.0) of the Ubuntu server (192,.168.0.0), but i also tried to open the 389 port on the DMZ for the Host, and nothing changed. Still not working.
Now I really ready to give it up....
My idea was to use the VM installation to get a good disaster recovery backup system, using the copy of the virtual machine in case i needed.
I'll have to find a simple way to do that on the real server....
Thank you everybody for helping!
