How about not adding posts to a thread that's three years old, you should have started a new thread with some useful information in it.
How about some idea of operating system, Zimbra release and version, what have you tried to resolve this problem, have you looked at the other threads in the forum on this problem, is SElinux or AppArmor enabled on your system, do you have valid A & MX records, is your /etc/hosts file correct, are there any errors in the
log files?
