In FF 1.5, it pops up a login request even if I use the format
https://richard.parker:password@site...cent_items_rss
After I provide the account/password, the xml appears and looks ok.
I've tried subscribing to the feed in both 3.0.0 GA and 3.0.1 GA, same results. I'm going to see if I can change my account name at the feed source to remove the ".". Perhaps that is confusing something?
