I was able to successfully add my other email address so it doesn't appear to be a firewall issue. That said, it won't receive email! There is an exclamation mark in a red circle (up near New Folder). Clicking on it says:
system failure: POP3 server must support UIDL extension.
I like Zimbra and actually have clients using the hosted version (at 01.com) because it will synch with their Blackberry but quite frankly an email program shouldn't be this difficult to get going! |
