Exclamation Problems with attachments - they don't arrives

Hello, I have a problem (sometimes, not always) when I send a new email or when I forward some emails that contains attachments, email arrives but the attachment doesn't.

I think that was a problem with amavis, I try disabling it but I got the same result.
Also I try to add this:

@bypass_header_checks_maps = (1);
$bad_header_quarantine_to = undef;
$final_bad_header_destiny = D_PASS;
$defang_bad_header = 1;
to /opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf.in , but again I got the same.

The version of zimbra is Open Sourcce 5.0.11 running in a Debian 4.0 distribution.
