With the server failure message, there should be an attachment, which is the xml of the sync error. Can you post that so we can take a look?
FWIW, in 5.0.10, we starting putting these local and server failures in your inbox as well as in SyncIssues, because we felt that people were missing these, and we wanted a better way of informing the user. This can be annoying, however, so we do have a registry key where you can turn this feature off, and these messages will go only to SyncIssues. This key is:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\turnOffInboxFai lures
Set it to 1 if you don't want them in your inbox. In 5.0.12, you will also be able to turn this on and off by checking or unchecking View-> Errors to Inbox in Outlook. |
