Sorry for the delay in responding, I didn't receive a notification of your post.
I would prefer to perform the migration in a consistant manner across the user base. The work I am doing now is a feasibility test and will have to do the real migration later on. I haven't looked into the differences between using the migration wizard and the export/import pst method (if any).
Also, I may be involved in the migration of one of our clients (with a much larger user base) and would prefer to resolve the issues first.
