Have you considered upgrading to the newest version of BES (4.1.6)? It looks like something is causing your messaging agent to restart frequently. This is typically related to "hung threads" which can be attributed to many things including server performace or latency with the MAPI connection between the BES and mail server.
You are a couple of versions behind with BES and while it may not be a fix, the newer versions handle threading and messaging agents much better. |
