Unfortunately there is no any solution. But I have some informations. Maybe, they give some clues about the problem.
First of all, I got the error my Lenovo Thinkpad notebook with Turkish Vista.
And I contacted other Turkish guy
Deniz who has similar problems and he is one of the editors of second biggest Turkish download site.
He and most of his office friends (excluding one guy
Edit: He has English XP) got similar problems. He uses BenQ JoyBook (Turkish Windows). Now, He tried again for your office desktop pc but get same error, too.
Besides, I tried the install Zimbra on my home computer (has Turkish XP) but unfortunately I get some error, too.
I think, it's not a personal error, it's a general bug (maybe only Turkish users).
