OK please do two things:
1. First, check to see if this file exists:
C:\Users\Chirag\Documents\AppData\Local\Zimbra\zde sktop\store\0\3\msg\0\2381-4216.msg
If it doesn't, see if any of the referenced folders exist.
2. Now to recover from this I suspect you could simply stop the backend server, delete <install>/redolog/redo.log, and restart backend server. |
