Viking0: What version of Zimbra are you using? Use "zmcontrol -v" and post the output in your profile.
I think mmorse is right, if the mail is already delivered, you'll have to forward the message to the spam acocunt. I'd really look at changing over to using imap. It will save your users from having to forward emails to the spam account for training purposes. Drop the "bad" message in the user's own junk folder and it'll send to the filter automatically with the next "send/receive". |
