tgx I don't think your perception is flawed, but the RFE votes seem to matter very little as well. I mean there are top rated RFE's that are years old without a resolution.
And support can be very sketchy, I've had an issue since the beginning of 2007 that was escalated to Sam Khavari that still hasn't been addressed. Support is only good in a system down situation and sometimes due to time zones you'll get it sorted yourself.
I love ZCO and think it's a great product and fills a badly needed slot in the market, however I think the company itself needs some work. |
